Now that you've committed to improving your wellness, attend our free introductory class.
Foundations is a beginner program for new individuals prior to group CrossFit classes. The movement curriculum is sequential and you will recieve a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit program while learning the proper technique to our nine foundational movements.
Once you've completed the Foundations Course you're ready to begin with a monthly membership and attend regular scheduled group Crossfit classes.
CrossFit Foundations is an introductory course that is a great starting point for individuals who want to try CrossFit.
We teach you the nine CrossFit foundational movements along with Gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting
